Cyclone Rep featured in the Irish Times a few weeks ago! The article called “Bullying in school: now is the time to act” written by Colete Sheridan, is an exploration of how theatre is used to help students prevent bullying, and our “Bullying Prevention Session” is the protagonist!

We are coming close to the end of our Bullying Prevention Session October Tour and we are delighted to hear so many great comments about it. Here you can see some of the feedback we have received so far about these shows:

“The children and school personnel really enjoyed today. Cyclone was the word of the day in the staffroom and the school yard. We are working already to implement the suggestions. I will email you with some pictures and details when the strategies are being rolled in. Thanks again”
– Niall O Sullivan, Secondary School Teacher, Glanmire, Cork

“I think the workshop went very well and they found it very beneficial. Thanks and regards”– Emily Lewis, Secondary School Teacher,  Cork City

“We very much enjoyed your show and all the teachers had positive things to say about it afterwards. It was a very effective workshop for getting the message across to the students and staff about the types of bullying and how to confront it. Many thanks again”

–  Mairéad Uí Chárthaigh, Primary School Teacher,  Cork County

“Feedback was extremely positive and students were more confident about identifying bullying behaviour. Thanks again”– Maeve Keane, Secondary School Teacher, Cork County
