cyclone rep terms & conditions

  1. A 40% non-refundable deposit must be paid no later than 4 weeks after a booking is made. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to booked event.

  2. For late bookings full payment must be received at the Cyclone Rep office, no later than 4 weeks before the date of the show.

  3. Management reserves the right to release the seats to other interested parties if no payment is received within six weeks after a booking was made.

  4. To avail of the Early Bird Offer (€14 per ticket for Live Sessions and €1 discount on Online Sessions), this must paid by its deadline. If payment is not received in full by the Early Bird Offer deadline, the ticket price automatically will revert back to our normal ticket price. This offer is only available for Shakespeare Sessions. Cyclone Rep reserves the right to change or end this offer any time without notice.

  5. Abusive, anti-social or threatening behaviour of any kind towards another member of the audience, staff or cast may result in immediate removal from the auditorium of the theatre and re-admittance to the performance may be refused.

cancellation policy

  • If a school cannot attend a show booked: 

    1 - Cyclone Rep will endeavour to help you find an alternative show to attend, subject to availability. 

    2 - Cyclone Rep is subject to the venues' cancellation policies where the company performs their shows. All venues' cancellation policies include a no-refund clause for all tickets which means that Cyclone Rep is not allowed to refund any monies for tickets. 

    3 - If a school is unable to come to any alternative show provided by Cyclone Rep, then Cyclone Rep will provide store credit in favour of the school to be used for any tickets the school might want to purchase for future Cyclone Rep shows. 

  • If the venue or Cyclone Rep has to cancel a performance:

    1 -  An alternative performance date and time will be offered to the school. 

    2 - If the school is unable to attend the alternative show offered by Cyclone Rep, then the monies paid by the school will be refunded.
